All guests (and any visitors) must follow the House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager.
Guests are fully responsible for the health and safety of their children at all times, as well as any behaviour that may disturb the neighbours.
Guests must keep noise to a minimum in order not to disturb the occupants of the adjacent property, especially at night (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
The customer is responsible for any personal or physical damage that he/she or his/her pet cause during their stay, even for damage that is or may be insured. The customer must ensure that neither he/she nor the people or pets accompanying him/her are a disturbance to the neighbours.
Guests may receive visitors during the day. Any overnight stays by visitors must be approved in advanced during the booking phase and are subject to additional costs.
Parties on the property are prohibited unless agreed upon and approved in the booking phase.
Guests are responsible for waste and recycling using the appropriate containers which will be indicated at the time of check-in.
Guests must switch off lights, fans, appliances and the TV when not in use to save energy.
For safety reasons, glass items (bottles, glasses, etc.) are not permitted in the area around the pool.
Guests must supervise infants and children at all times if using the pool area.
Smoking is prohibited in the Holiday Home. Outdoors, cigarette butts must be placed in the specific ashtrays and not thrown on the ground.
It is the guests’ responsibility to inform the Manager directly in the event of problems or in any case within 72 hours after occupying the property and becoming aware of a defect.
Any damage and breakage must be immediately reported to the Property Manager.
The customer must treat the holiday home with respect and is considered responsible for all damage that he/she or anyone in his/her party or his/her pet have caused.
The customer must wash the dishes, empty the refrigerator and freezer prior to departure and must not leave waste inside or outside the house, even if final cleaning is included in the amount paid. If the above is not observed, at the time of check-out, a penalty of €50 to €100 will be required.
The following services are not included:
- LINENS (bed linens and bathroom towels) - will be provided based on the number of occupants. A change of linens can be requested by communicating directly with the Property Manager. The cost for a linen change is €10.00/person.
- CLEANING - Upon arrival, the house will be provided to the guest clean and orderly. During the stay, the final cleaning is included, but extra cleaning can be requested against payment by making arrangements with the Property Manager.
