Villa RosaGuests: 6    |    Bedrooms: 3    |    Bathrooms: 2
Swimming pool dimensions: 12x6m    |    Surface area: 115 m2

This stone villa is the sister villa of the nearby Villa Titta and just as enchanting as its sibling. Waking to enjoy your breakfast at the table on the terrace, looking across the lawn stretching to the horizon, is an unforgettable experience. The internal layout of the villa has been changed.
The living-room with fireplace was originally the kitchen where the sharecropper and his family met for lunch and supper. The last sharecropper who lived here was the father of the farmer who now helps Ottavio with the kitchen garden and the olive groves and acts as the general handyman. His name is Giancarlo (Lallo) and he is the one who often offers guests the chance to taste the fruits of his labours on the land where he was born and raised.
Villa Rosa has one floor, with three double bedrooms and two beautifully renovated bathrooms. You can have a barbecue and enjoy your lunch on the terrace. A short stroll across the lawn in front of the villa takes you to the large swimming pool for a refreshing swim. The solarium has sunbeds, beach umbrellas and a hot shower.

The Stable

Guests: 2, bedroom:1, bathroom: 1, surface area: 55 m2

If you need more space, for service staff as well, you can book the villa with the stable, a small apartment with all comforts and conveniences. The living-room was once the stable housing white oxen and cattle. The sheep were kept in what is now the bedroom and bathroom. The stable has been converted into a small, independent apartment, with a kitchen and all comforts and conveniences. In the living-room/kitchen, a wooden board has been placed over the old watering trough to turn it into a bench. There are two large stones in the bathroom and wash room that were once used to run the water for the sheep to drink. Sleeping here is a unique and moving experience. The stable can only be rented together with Villa Rosa or Villa Titta.
